Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage basic HR dealings
• Assist the company’s accountant in preparation of payroll
• Deal with company’s accounts – suppliers, partners and clients
• Fluent in both French and English as well as of course Creole• Greet and channel clients and visitors towards relevant departments
• Schedule appointments and handle referrals
• Receive, record and distribute packages and mails
• Copy, collate, and otherwise prepare reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondences
• Perform other cognate duties as assigned

Requirements
• SC Holder with a minimum 3 years of clerical work experience
• Experience in sales will be a definite advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to greet visitors, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner
• Ability to work independently and identify & solve problems
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Basic understanding of office equipment
• Basic understanding of administrative procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
