- Degree Holder in Management / Administration with proven work experience – at least three years’ experience
- Age: 25-30 years old
- PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Teamwork skills
- Proactive with attention to detail
Job description:
- Assisting the HR Administrator and HR Admin Assistant
- Working on Vessel Interpretation for the ease of taxation
- Gathering and preparing of certificates and Tax Attestations for each employee
- Update of Crew Asci files and function list
- Assisting in the preparation of Personal Income Tax related matters
- Assisting in the preparation of payroll
- Preparing, issuing, booking and posting of outgoing invoices – Debit notes & Rechargings
- Filing and record keeping of the Personnel in the Registry (Electronic and hard copy)
- Ad hoc administrative work assigned by HR Colleagues such as making photocopies, scanning, filing electronically and manually of documents.
