Job Description

Profile of the candidate:
• HSC Holder – with proven work experience in administration – at least two years’ experience
• Age: 20-25 years old
• PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
• Teamwork skills
• Proactive with attention to detail

Job description:
• Assisting the Administrative Assistant
• Working on Vessel Interpretation for the ease of taxation
• Data Steward – Entering details regarding “Crew/Charter to be invoiced to” on Intranet, an application called ‘RENT’
• Gathering and preparing of certificates and Tax Attestations for each employee
• Assisting in the preparation of Personal Income Tax related matters
• Booking and posting of outgoing invoices – Debit notes & Rechargings
• Filing and record keeping of the Personnel in the Registry (Electronic and hard copy)
• Ad hoc administrative work assigned by HR Colleagues such as making photocopies, scanning, filing electronically and manually of documents.
