Senior Finance Executive

Job Description

The job incumbent shall support the Finance Business Partner in managing the financial operations of the Company by providing strategic financial reporting and analysis, treasury management, financial planning including modelling and business advisory . The Senior Finance Executive shall work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and including Head Office, auditors, financial institutions and advisors to ensure efficient financial management to achieve business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Planning & Analysis
Prepare financial reports, management accounts, and analysis.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance review.
Monitor expenses, revenues, and provide explanations.

Financial Reporting & Controls
Review and improve financial reports.
Ensure accuracy of statements and account reconciliations.
Support audits and compliance.

Treasury & Corporate Finance
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and funding.
Monitor foreign exchange, interest rates, and bank covenants.
Support financing options and financial modeling.

Risk Management & Business Partnering
Identify risks, conduct sensitivity analysis, and ensure compliance.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.

People & Safety
Support team development, training, and discipline.
Promote SHEQ culture and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
Fully ACCA Qualified
MBA or Master’s Degree advantageous
Minimum 3 years in a similar role
