Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to vessel and agency RFQs in a timely and professional manner.
Liaise with suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing and secure optimal delivery terms.
Receive, inspect, and verify goods delivered to the store to ensure accuracy and quality.
Assist with vessel deliveries and coordinate port-related operations as required.
Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
Support the preparation and consolidation of orders prior to dispatch and delivery.
Prepare and issue invoices following successful delivery to vessels.
Candidate Requirements:
Valid driving licence (possession of a personal vehicle will be considered an advantage).
Proficient in both written and spoken English and French.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience in shipping, port operations will be an advantage
