Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Respond to vessel and agency RFQs in a timely and professional manner.
Liaise with suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing and secure optimal delivery terms.
Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
Coordinate vessel supply activities and support port-related operations as required.
Receive, inspect, and verify goods delivered to the store to ensure accuracy and quality.
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of orders prior to dispatch and delivery.
Coordinate and support deliveries to vessels while ensuring operational efficiency.
Prepare and issue invoices following successful delivery to vessels.
Maintain accurate procurement and operational records.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, operational requirements, and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements
Valid driving licence (possession of a personal vehicle will be considered an advantage).
Proficient in both written and spoken English and French.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work flexible and irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
Experience in shipping, maritime, or port operations will be considered an advantage.
