Job Description

• Fluent in French, Creole and English
• Experience in luxury industry will be a definite advantage
• Welcome clients in shop
• Answer phone calls
• Assist visitors
• Manage sales/negotiations/proposals
• Maintain client relationship and loyalty
• Manage stock and inventory
• Maintain shop’s administration
• Computer literate
• Reporting
• Knowledge in social media will be an advantage

Working Hours:
Morning shift: 09:30 – 17:00
Evening shift: 15:00 – 20:30 and on Fridays and Saturdays 16:00 – 22:00
Public holidays: 09:30 – 15:00 (mall can request to extend for specific public holidays)
Late night shopping: till midnight (mostly for Black Friday in November and Xmas week in December)
