• Hunt for new business through cold calling
• Leverage our in house CRM to qualifying warm and hot leads
• Develop new and existing business opportunities through effective pipeline management
• Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers through multiple mediums such as telephone and email
• Contact prospective customers and propose the services of the company to
• Engage with customers at all different levels of the company, understanding their needs, resolving pain points and delivering value
• Collaborate with colleagues and sister companies to bring the best service to your customers
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
• A Higher School Certificate or any other qualifications acceptable to Management.
• At least 1-year experience in the similar field.
• Strong communication, problem solving and information seeking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dynamic and with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
• Should be creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
• Should be ready to work at odd hours
