Job Summary
Our client is looking for a dynamic and welcoming Front Office Officer to be the face of their business. The ideal candidate will manage the reception area with professionalism while also handling social media interactions to ensure a seamless customer experience both in-person and online.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients and visitors.
• Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
• Monitor and respond to messages and comments on social media platforms.
• Forward social media inquiries to the relevant team members or departments.
• Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing daily logs.
• Provide general administrative support as required.
Candidate Profile
• Minimum SC or equivalent; further training in Administration, Secretarial Work, or Customer Care is an asset.
• Proficient in English and French (spoken and written).
• Familiar with Facebook, TikTok, and other online messaging tools.
• Well-organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is a plus.
