Mauritius Export Association

Founded in 1976, the Mauritius Export Association (MEXA) is the sole private association in Mauritius regrouping the export companies. It was called to restructure itself in 2007 to fully represent the Export Sector of Mauritius. Indeed, the export sector has evolved significantly over the past ten years. New sectors of export has emerged namely Seafood, Agro Industries, Jewellery Watches & Diamonds, Chemical products, etc. There has also been a diversification in terms of markets. Indeed, there is more and more trade with the Canada, Australia, Japan, the African countries and more. MEXA aims to promote and defend the interest of the Export Community of Mauritius at national, regional and international level.
