Polytra Africa SSC is a leading Logistics company dedicated to delivering exceptional service and efficiency to our customers. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Team Leader to join our team.

Responsibilities:
 Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
 Setting clear team goals
 Delegating tasks and set deadlines.
 Oversee day-to-day operation.
 Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
 Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
 Supervising staff members to ensure that they are performing their duties in accordance with company policies.
 Leads and directs the team in problem identification, problem solving and implementing continuous improvement measures.
 Conducts performance appraisals.
 Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
 Conduct such other cognate duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:
 Degree in Business Management or Business Administration
 Minimum 3-5 years’ experience.
 Organizational and time management skills.
 Decision making skills.
 Self-Motivated with high attention to details and quality.
 Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation requirements.
 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data entry.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
 Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
 Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
