Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of data analysts and automation specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee data collection, cleaning, and transformation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Design, implement, and optimize workflows and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data and automation solutions.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
  • Manage data and automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct training and mentorship sessions for team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in data analytics, automation technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a data and automation team.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate for process automation.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modelling for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience in data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure successful execution.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Knowledge of the logistics industry is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with machine learning or predictive analytics techniques.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure for data storage and processing.
