Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of data analysts and automation specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Oversee data collection, cleaning, and transformation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Design, implement, and optimize workflows and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data and automation solutions.
Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
Manage data and automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and resource allocation.
Conduct training and mentorship sessions for team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in data analytics, automation technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing and leading a data and automation team.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and analytics.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate for process automation.
Proficiency in SQL and data modelling for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience in data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure successful execution.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to drive data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Knowledge of the logistics industry is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis and automation.
Familiarity with machine learning or predictive analytics techniques.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure for data storage and processing.
