Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent & Business Support Assistant to join our team. This role supports both the talent function and wider business operations, playing a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for internal teams and external stakeholders alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related documentation, reports, and internal communications.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across teams, including calendar management, file organisation, and meeting coordination.
- Support business functions through coordination tasks, follow-ups, and process tracking.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external contacts to ensure timely and professional communication.
- Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR, administration, or business support is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a high level of discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
