Our Client is looking for a Salesgirl to join their retail team in Castel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting products effectively, and contributing to the overall sales performance of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
Promote ongoing offers, new arrivals, and in-store promotions
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales area
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Address customer queries and handle basic complaints professionally
Assist with stock counting and inventory control when required

Profile & Requirements

Previous experience in retail or sales will be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a friendly and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Presentable, reliable, and punctual
Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions
Fluency in French; basic English will be an advantage
