Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our car showroom team. The role involves assisting customers, promoting vehicle models, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and features.
Present pricing, financing, and trade-in options clearly and professionally.
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
Ensure accurate completion of sales documentation and handover processes.
Coordinate with internal teams (finance, administration, after-sales) to support sales.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and market trends.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or customer service; automotive experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven, confident, and customer-focused.
Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours when required.
Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
Valid driving licence preferred.
