Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models and features.
Provide information on pricing, financing, and leasing options.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and customer queries.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to support the sales process.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom performance.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction post-sale.
Stay informed about new models, promotions, and market trends.
Profile:
Previous experience in sales or customer service; experience in the automobile sector is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Results-driven with a confident, proactive approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and meet deadlines under pressure.
Comfortable using digital tools and CRM software.
Fluent in English and French; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
A valid driving licence is preferred.
