Job Description
Our client, who began their operations over a decade ago, has established themselves as a premier provider to the construction and renovation industry in Mauritius. Their expertise is at clients’ disposal to assist in selecting the ideal solution to enhance various interior spaces.
They are presently looking for a Sales & Accounts Coordinator who will be reporting to the Accountant.
Main Duties:
- Maintaining the billing system:
Issuance of VAT Invoices
Accounting of all incoming payments - Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial, sales and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
- Following up on debtors and maintain the debtors Ageing Report
- Assisting in preparation of Budget
- Validation of payment updates
