Job Description

The People & Culture Assistant provide day-to-day HR support to ensure a positive employee experience and smooth HR operations, in alignment with the company’s people strategy, culture, and values.

What You Will Do:
– Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process (postings, interviews scheduling, and offers)
– Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, and offboarding formalities
– Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and draft job descriptions
– Track daily attendance and prepare variable elements for payroll (overtime, leaves, bonuses)
– Coordinate training sessions and liaise with HRDC & MQA for refunds and registrations
– Assist in Organization of company events, team-building activities, and staff welfare initiatives
– Support the team with disciplinary matters, employee grievances, and labor law compliance

What We Are Looking For:
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field
– 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or administrative role
– Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
– Proactive, people-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in workplace culture
– Sound knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practices
– Ability to handle confidential information with high discretion
