The Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Helper to join our Warehouse Operations team. This position plays an important role in supporting the efficient handling, preparation, verification, and delivery of products while ensuring that company quality and operational standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

1. Affix stickers to products in accordance with company and brand requirements.
2. Repack cigarette products following established procedures and quality standards.
3. Assist with general warehouse activities, including handling and organizing stock.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.

Order Verification & Distribution

1. Assist in verifying incoming goods upon receipt.
2. Support the verification and preparation of customer orders before dispatch.
3. Assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries.
4. Support the delivery team when required to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

General Support

1. Carry out any other duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Management.
2. Follow all company health, safety, and security procedures.
3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Profile
1. Minimum qualification: School Certificate (SC).
2. Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or a similar operational role will be an advantage.
3. Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks.
4. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
5. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
6. Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
7. A valid driving license is not mandatory, but will be considered an advantage.
