• Technical certification – having a diploma in an electromechanical subject will be given due consideration
• At least 10 years of experience as industrial technician including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial automation systems with PLC programming
• At least 7 years of experience in industrial machine maintenance at supervisory level

Responsibilities
• Actively participate (hands on) in installations/repairs when required
• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on all equipment to enhance efficiency
• Document inspections by filling checklists
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues with equipment promptly and implement corrective solutions to resolve problems and avoid any recurrences.
• Adhere to the Preventive Maintenance Schedule Planner as prepared by management and update report promptly and accurately
• Regularly communicate to all stakeholders of the company to ensure the smooth running of the operations and respond to breakdowns promptly.
• Regularly communicate with the Procurement Office to maintain an adequate stock of spare parts
• Provide guidance and training to Electro Technician / Technician on equipment maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance the skills of the team.
• Supervise the work of subordinates to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among team members by delegating tasks, set clear team goals and deadlines.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, progress on assignments, projects, and performance.
• The Maintenance Supervisor will ensure the team is maintaining proper housekeeping in their place of work.
• The Maintenance Supervisor will implement and maintain a tools management system.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance activities. Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and work areas.
• Make recommendations modifications for new machinery, system and/or procedures to optimize productivity and reduce operating costs.
• Evaluate project specificities and prepare cost estimates.
• Continuously identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality of work and deadlines.
