Job Title: The Logistics Operations Support Officer
Location: Mauritius
Role Purpose
The Logistics Operations Support Officer provides administrative and operational support to international logistics activities, ensuring timely processing of shipment-related data, documentation, and system entries. The role works closely with overseas teams to support smooth end-to-end logistics execution.

Key Responsibilities
•Support the preparation and processing of shipment-related documentation for both import and export activities
•Capture and maintain shipment data, customer details, and operational information in the company’s operational system
•Assist with the generation and verification of billing-related documents in line with operational instructions
•Ensure timely submission of mandatory shipment data, including weight and compliance-related information
•Contribute to the preparation and control of logistics and transport documents where required
•Perform data checks and validations to ensure consistency between operational records and financial documents
•Coordinate with international colleagues to meet processing timelines
•Maintain organized digital records and ensure proper filing of logistics documentation
•Provide general operational support and participate in process improvement or ad-hoc initiatives as assigned

Profile & Requirements
•Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a comparable field
•Initial professional experience (1–2 years) in freight forwarding, logistics operations, or supply chain support
•Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Odoo, or similar logistics platforms)
•Basic understanding of transport documentation, customs-related paperwork, and logistics workflows
•High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
•Ability to manage routine operational tasks while respecting deadlines
•Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international team environment
•Eagerness to learn, structured working approach, and proactive mindset
•Professional working proficiency in English and French
