Job Description
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- HR Administration: Manage HR records, maintain databases, and assist with updating employee information.
- Training and Development: Support the planning and coordination of training programs and workshops. Assist with HRDC and MQA documentation.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures and assist with compliance-related tasks.
- Internal Communication: Assist in managing internal communication channels, including newsletters, staff meetings, and updates to employees.
