Garage Supervisor

Job Description

Plan and organize mechanical and related work performed by Heavy Goods Vehicle mechanics, electricians, and other assigned personnel in the maintenance, repair, servicing of vehicles and/or equipment.

Supervise, schedule, assign and evaluate work of mechanics, electricians, and other assigned personnel as designated.

Provide all aspects of customer service such as generating work orders, providing estimates, overseeing quality of work and assist in verifying accuracy of billing.

Provide garage personnel with technical consultation on repairs and servicing.

Diagnose problems and repair vehicles as needed.

Maintain vehicle service, safety, and repair records.

Maintain forms and records necessary to provide billing, payroll, and records.

Resolve work problems and improve productivity and efficiency.

Ensure that the standards for safe working conditions are observed.

Train or arrange for training of workers.

Ensure quality service to our clients.
