Job Description
• Collect and deliver customer vehicles to and from the service reception area or customer premises, as instructed.
• Assist in the organisation and positioning of vehicles in the service yard and workshop to ensure optimal space usage and safety.
• Accompany customers upon vehicle drop-off or pick up and offer assistance with queries or direct them to the appropriate staff.
• Carry out preliminary vehicle checks (e.g., fuel level, visible damage) and report irregularities to service advisors.
• Ensure the cleanliness and presentability of customer vehicles prior to handover.
• Transport vehicles to third-party vendors, testing stations, or other external locations as required.
• Provide logistical support to the service and parts departments (e.g., movement of parts, documents, etc.).
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when dealing with customers and internal teams.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws.
