As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for managing and confirming bookings while ensuring customer information is accurately recorded in line with business requirements and service quality standards. You will also follow up on export shipments to ensure timely cargo readiness for loading. The role primarily focuses on export cargo operations.
