Job Description

Our client, an international company offering a broad spectrum of audit, valuation, tax consulting, financial advisory, and related services to both individuals and businesses, is looking for Corporate Administrators to join their team.

Position Overview:
As a Corporate Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative and corporate services for a diverse portfolio of clients, managing tasks ranging from routine to complex for a variety of global business client companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as corporate duties, coordinating board meetings, preparing meeting materials, attending meetings as needed, and drafting meeting minutes.
• Assist in opening bank accounts and ensure compliance with local regulations, including file reviews, KYC updates, and due diligence procedures.
• Manage more intricate client structures and high-profile accounts, meeting client expectations within established deadlines.
• Adhere to statutory regulations and company policies consistently.
• Maintain and update statutory files, scanning and saving documents, and updating information in relevant systems within specified timelines.
• Provide assistance with client inquiries and promptly execute all transactions related to client affairs.
• Perform any additional related duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Professional degree or certification in Law, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ICSA/ACCA qualification is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• 2-3 years of experience in the Global Business (Offshore) sector.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Proactive, committed, and able to work efficiently under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
