Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Manage a portfolio of a predefined list of clients within a specific segment.
-Acquire, Develop, and adapt Accounts with Large Potential to suit your segment.
-Ensure that the business grows by getting new clients, increasing share / activity of existing clients; Adapt Products to suit your segment.
-Produce Annual Revenue Plan, Sales Budgets, and Forecasts and prepare Action Plan accordingly.
-Ensure Annual Business growth by getting new clients and increasing share/activity of existing clients.
-Participate in setting Up Pricing Policy For Major Accounts Under Your Portfolio (Both Current and Future).
-Ensure excellence in the delivery of the Company’s services to maximise profitability and ensure that delivery of such services is in line with international standards that exceed client’s expectations.
-Find and develop Qualified Leads (Cold Calling) then convert them through the sales process into prospects
-Ensure constant monitoring of Debtors to ensure that agreed terms are respected.
-Draft and review agreements (SLA) after examining all risks and potentials of the business opportunities
-Perform sales visit to customers as per sales planning.

Qualification & Competencies:
-A Diploma/Degree in Marketing or any other qualifications acceptable to Management.
-At least 5 years experience in the Sales/ Marketing in Logistics sector.
-Experience in Sea & Air Freight is mandatory.
-Ability to gather market intelligence.
-Good knowledge and familiar with Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
-Should be creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
-Ready to work odd hours and open to travel overseas
-Possess a valid driving license
