What is CareerFit?
Know what drives you before you choose your next job.
CareerFit is inspired by one of the best-established ideas in career psychology: people tend to enjoy and stay engaged in work that matches their interests. In the late 1950s, psychologist John L. Holland proposed that work interests fall into six broad areas, and decades of research and career-guidance practice around the world have built on that idea.
CareerFit uses this six-area approach with its own statements, written for Careers.mu candidates, and links your results to career fields and live openings on Careers.mu.
It measures what you enjoy, not what you can do. It is not a clinical or psychological test, and there are no right or wrong answers — just be honest, and use your results as a starting point to explore options.
