Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of talent acquisition, staffing, and HR consulting.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and personalised follow-ups.
Present and promote HR service offerings to prospective clients through calls, meetings, and presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with tailored service solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and client-specific documentation.
Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM data, and report on performance metrics.
Participate in networking events, industry forums, and marketing campaigns to boost visibility.
Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies for HR products and services.
Requirements
Previous experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (preferably in HR or B2B services).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Proactive and target-driven, with a passion for solution-based selling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
A degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field is an advantage.
