About Us:
Polytra Africa SSC, part of the Swiss Fracht Group is an international company with over 160 offices worldwide, is a leading Logistics company dedicated to delivering exceptional service and efficiency to our customers. We are currently seeking an IT Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
 Analyze users’ tickets and provide with solution and/or resolve issues raised.
 Assist with onboarding & offboarding of employees.
 Manage and track IT assets.
 Document all new resolution and maintain knowledge base/articles for future reference.
 Analyze EDI errors (EDIFACT) & correct them in a timely manner.
 Update of tariffs in ERP system.
 Conduct such other cognate duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
 Experience in working with Microsoft 365 admin center.
 Experience in ERP flow troubleshooting is a plus.
 Experience in setting up operating systems & software on new devices.
 Good usage level of Microsoft Office tools.
 Intermediate to advanced level with Microsoft Excel.
 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
 Good analytical skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers & suppliers.
 Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
 Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
