Job Summary:
The Receptionist/Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for customers, managing the front desk with professionalism and warmth. This role also involves responding to social media messages and inquiries to ensure excellent customer engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Greet and assist clients and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to appropriate staff members.
• Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms and forward leads to the sales team.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Manage appointment scheduling and record-keeping.
• Support administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements
• Minimum SC (School Certificate) or equivalent; a certificate or diploma in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or Customer Service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both English and French.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok) and online communication tools.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is advantageous.
