Job Summary:
The Salesperson will focus on generating sales and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in motor vehicle sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives and explain features and benefits of vehicles.
• Negotiate prices and financing options within company guidelines.
• Build and maintain a client base through excellent service and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on new vehicle models and market trends.
Requirements
• Minimum HSC or equivalent; a diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in motor vehicle sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and French.
• Customer-oriented approach with a professional demeanor.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
